We also offer an “Inclusion in the Workplace” learning platform that assesses and raises awareness of individual and organizational practices of inclusion. Participants in the program are challenged to evaluate their environment and themselves by completing a series of assessments designed to gauge their own experiences of inclusion, and also the inclusive behavior of the leaders and groups around them. This is a fundamental shift in experiencing inclusion, as participants can try out a different perspective on inclusion in a secure and non-threatening situation.
